Choosing an accredited Home Health Agency

When you select Health Care Unlimited as your home health care provider, you will have the peace of mind knowing that you have selected an agency that has been recognized by the Joint Commission on Accreditation, the gold standard of the medical industry. Receiving this status requires that a review board audit our services. Not all home health agencies have this crucial accreditation.

Health Care Unlimited Staff

Health Care Unlimited’s professional staff is made up of nurses, therapists (physical, occupational, respiratory and speech), social workers, a pharmacist, and a comprehensive support staff.

Case conferences are held weekly. During these meetings, a panel of highly skilled health care professionals monitors your progress. They make sure that you are receiving the highest quality, individual care. Additionally, our staff consults with doctors representing a wide variety of medical specialties. They also keep current on the latest medical breakthroughs and techniques by attending frequent seminars.

Health Care Unlimited provides patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means that if you need a question answered we’re just a phone call away.

Family Involvement

The family is an important part of your recovery, and Health Care Unlimited teaches them procedures and techniques to help you.

What to Expect

Studies have shown that recovery occurs faster in the home. Within 48 hours of being released from the hospital, a trained Health Care Unlimited registered nurse will come to your home and conduct a thorough assessment comprised of over 100 questions. It will assist us to better take care of you or your loved ones.
