Carlos was licensed in 1992 and has sold residential properties in the Rio Grande Valley, Austin, and Houston, Texas. Carlos earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation in 2000 to better serve the needs of buyers. Carlos also has many satisfied clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to top energy executives and references are gladly provided. Candy Caulton, assistant to J. Carter Breed since 1999, was licensed as a realtor in 1989 in California. She enjoys serving clients with efficiency and enthusiasm. Candy has had many years to use her organizational skills in most areas of real estate including relocation, property management, marketing listings, assisting buyers, and processing files from the market analysis to coordinating repairs and assuring a smooth transaction and a successful closing.
